ICM was founded with the concept that services should be tailored to individual need, provided in a setting of choice, and structured with the help of individuals & their families. Our staff create, implement & monitor an individual’s care plan, as well as help advocate, educate & coordinate care through periods of transition.

What ICM Provides:

  • Supported Living
  • Personal Care
  • Community Integration
  • Supported Employment
  • Autism
  • Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment
  • Behavior Consultation

In addition, we also offer a day-support program, called B.R.A.V.O. (Bridging Recreational and Vocational Opportunities). The program includes on and off site activities to help build strong, independent citizens who contribute to their communities.

Besides donations, we’re always looking for volunteers! Check out the opportunities below and contact us for more information.
